Carlo de Simone was born in Naples in 1968. He graduated in Business and Administration from Federico II University of Naples and then specialized in Corporate Finance at the LUISS in Rome. After a brief experience in Arthur Andersen MBA, for twenty-two years he has been dealing with internationalization tools in favor of Italian companies first at Mediocredito centrale and currently at SIMEST SpA as Senior Expert for External Relations. In 2007 he was assigned to the Cabinet of the Minister of International Trade as a member of the Technical Secretariat. In 2008 and 2009 he worked in the cabinet of the Minister of Economic Development
