Georgia Marks
Georgia Marks is a Business Process Specialist with Austin Resource Recovery (ARR) at the City of Austin, Texas. She works with ARR’s executive team to help research, implement, and develop programs and processes to help improve the community’s environmental sustainability and reach the City's zero waste goals.
Amy Slagle
Amy Slagle is a Division Manager with the Austin Resource Recovery Department for the City of Austin, Texas. She currently manages various programs related to compost, litter and homelessness issues. Amy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Texas A & M University and joined the department in 1998. With more than 20 years in the waste management field, her experience includes: program management, program research and development, materials marketing, processing facility management, customer service ,and quality assurance/quality control.
