He specialized in Aeromedical evacuation and flew strategic medevac across Canada and in the continental United States. After receiving a post-graduate diploma in Psychiatric Nursing, Tim worked as a staff nurse and, later, Nurse Manager of the Psychiatric/Mental Health Treatment Program for soldiers with posttraumatic stress disorder. After graduating from Queen’s University Law School, Tim practiced law as a member of the Office of the Judge Advocate General with experience in administrative law, law enforcement and health law. He has deployed internationally as legal advisor with Canada’s Disaster Assistance Response Team. Tim is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
