Topic
The Energy Transition – Will History Repeat Itself?
Description
We have plans and cost estimates for renewables and the energy transition from AEMO and CSIRO. But how do we get the transition right? What are the political, regulatory, and financial hurdles that might derail the process? How do we bring the consumer along for the ride? And how do we avoid greenwashing?
We often look back to the early 20th Century and decide that things were much more organised and planned back then. How can we do the same today with renewables and the energy transition?
