CultureFest 305: Ladino Meets Latino Performance with Susana Behar
HistoryMiami Museum’s CultureFest 305 is going virtual! We invite you to celebrate what makes Miami, Miami and enjoy online performances, workshops, and demonstrations with some of the city’s finest traditional artists, dancers, and musicians.

HistoryMiami Museum’s artist-in-residence Susana Behar takes you on a journey from the Iberian peninsula throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America during this special performance of Ladino Meets Latino. Inspired by her heritage, Susana shares her passion for Latin American popular songs coupled with the evocative music of her Sephardic ancestors. Performing from the Alan & Diane Lieberman Performing Arts Theater, part of the Michael Ann Russell Jewish Community Center, she will be joined by guest musicians Jose Luis de la Paz (guitar), Javier Espinoza (bass), Adolfo Herrera Cuenca (percussion), Daniela Padron (violin), and Saul Vera (bandola and mandolin). Come join us for a magical afternoon of music from around the world when Ladino Meets Latino!
