Future Foresight is a relatively recent iteration of Scenario Planning and is a more enhanced (some might say more accurate) method of understanding the long-term future and the changes we need to make now to prepare for it. I will be talking about these methods and how they can lead to much improved strategic planning and enterprise risk management.

Latterly, Wale commenced his career in strategy in 2005 as a Strategy Execution and Performance Management Consultant for various sectors in the UK and the Middle East. He was the Head of Strategy and Performance at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) from 2010 to 2013. Since joining HCT in 2017, Wale has been responsible for (i) the further development of the corporate performance management function, (ii) further development of the strategy and risk management functions, embedding Future Foresight methods and techniques and, (iii) establishing operational planning process and systems across 16 campuses and 7 central departments.
