Join the Farmworker Health Network (FHN) in this upcoming national webinar designed to provide an overview of social determinants of health (SDOH) factors that impact vulnerable populations, including migratory and seasonal agricultural workers (MSAWs), and learn how to better identify and screen for specific SDOH factors. This national webinar will highlight information gained from the FHN’s “Screening for SDOH” Learning Collaborative activities and will feature existing screening tools and additional resources for SDOH.
