He is responsible for the Government Contractor sector team and working with clients to provide successful implementation of PRICE Cost Analytics™ solutions. He has extensive career experience spanning Boeing and Lockheed-Martin in Bid & Proposal, Price-to-Win, Affordability and Independent Cost Estimating. His papers have been recognized by the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association including two Best Paper awards. Zach holds an M.S.E in Technology Management from Penn Engineering and The Wharton School, an MBA from American University and a BA from Villanova University.
