Breathing to Balance, Breathing to Energize, Breathing to Calm
Our breath has the capacity to regulate our bodies, minds and emotions and to increase our sense of well-being. In this session, learn the balanced (or complete) breath, which helps maintain our current energy. We’ll also practice two variations of this basic breathing pattern. We can adapt this breath to increase our energy and move us away from depression, or to calm anxiety and bring relaxation to our systems.
