For the first time since 1945, the beloved Scripps National Spelling Bee has been cancelled...or has it? In honor of one of our favorite competitions, Company will be hosting a spelling bee for COVID-19 relief with a cast of contestants that you know and love from various industries and backgrounds, including Yancey Strickler (Co-Founder, Kickstarter), Arlan Hamilton (Founder, Backstage Capital), Kelvin Beachum (NFL athlete and tech investor) and Jessica Beachum (Kelvin’s better half), Molly Baz (Bon Appétit Test Kitchen chef), David Pogue (5-time Emmy-winning tech journalist), Matthew Kobach (social media expert & Head of Social Media, NYSE), Sarah Frier (Tech Journalist, Bloomberg) and more.
All proceeds will be donated to the winner’s charity of choice. Our contestant's charities of choice are:
