Hazelden’s new Mental and Emotional Health Series is a flexible curriculum designed for clients who have mild to moderate mental and emotional health challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, the series provides targeted exercises to build skills in managing a variety of mental health issues. The series consists of a facilitator guide and six topic-specific workbooks with corresponding videos.
This one-hour webinar will describe the value of the series; introduce the foundational elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectal behavior therapy (DBT); and provide a walk-through of the materials in the series.
