Topic
Behind the screens: What we Learned From Our Digital Acceleration
Description
Like just about everyone, a year ago, we at The Innovation Beehive had to completely change the way we worked. It was a steep learning curve to transform our ways of working from Face to Face to Virtual, but the learning we have taken along the way has been absolutely incredible and whatever shape the future holds, the acceleration of digital will be with us for the long term.
We've delivered some amazing projects over the last 12 months: new proposition development, creating new products, articulating and activating organisation cultures in a virtual context and many more.
We've climbed a mountain and can now look back and draw out what we have learned.
Join our webinar where we will share our learnings from the experience of translating everything we do into an online context:
- Gathering customer insight virtually
- Holding ideation sessions digitally
- Keeping up momentum on projects
- Prototyping and Testing in a virtual world
- Staying connected with our partners
We'll share the ups and the downs, the pleasures and the pains and we'll try to offer some advice on challenges you're facing based on what we have experienced.
