NMBL Strategies team will lead Conducting a Successful Capital Campaign During Times of Stress. In this webinar NMBL Strategies will dive into unique capital campaign opportunities being presented by COVID, as well as taking a deep dive into changes due to COVID and the decisions that need to be made relating to feasibility studies, major donor relationships, community engagement and post-campaign opportunities. In addition to discussing the changes and decisions needed to be made NMBL will provide template documents that allow boards and leadership to think through each area of the capital campaign. NMBL Strategies deep background in nonprofits allows us to bring in experts from across the country to speak to specific areas of the capital campaign, mixing in our own deep experience with the experience of others with a variety of missions. NMBL will also touch on other historic times of stress and the differences each of those provided compared to the current COVID pandemic, this insight will allow members to understand the differences in each time period and how they affect capital campaign interest, timing and amounts.
