Catherine Raja
National Director
Catherine works with Freedom Firm as National Director. She oversees and supports program and administration of the entire organization. She is from Sankarankovil, Tamilnadu. Catherine is a post graduate in hospital management and has worked with Freedom Firm for over eight years.
Leah Henck
President
Leah completed her MBA from Regent University in December 2008 and joined her husband in India in January 2009. Together they spent the next 7 years serving with the Freedom Firm team in Pune. During this time, Leah and Mala worked together to found Ruhamah Designs, a business dedicated to providing rescued women a healthy, sustainable livelihood. Upon returning to the U.S., Leah turned her focus to running after three active, beautiful children. Through unexpected events, Leah rejoined the work of Freedom Firm USA, first as treasurer and now as President. Today she finds incredible joy in the privilege to stand as one of a team, reaching out hands of hope and healing to girls forgotten and abused.
Jyoti Singh
Program Associate, Uttar Pradesh
Jyoti completed her Master of Social Work from Himalayan University, Lucknow. She joined Freedom Firm in 2015 first as case worker. In 2017 she became a liaison officer, and now serves as Program Associate for Freedom Firm in Uttar Pradesh. She lives in Allahabad with her daughter and husband serves in Indian Army.
Ashwin Rathod
Program Associate
Ashwin completed his MA (Political Science) from Pune University. He joined Freedom Firm in 2010 in Pune first as support staff. In 2016 he became Associate Director for the Western Region, and now as Program Associate for all of Freedom Firm India. He lives in Pune with his wife and 2 sons.
Asha Lokhande
Program Associate, Nagpur
Asha joined Freedom Firm in 2011 and found her passion to bring rescue, restoration and justice to victims of trafficking. She completed her Master of Social Work from Nagpur University in 2014.  Each day, she works with passion and commitment to bring restoration to survivors.
