Nutrition – North American Fatigue Management Program Driver Series

Hungry? Join CVSA Fatigue Management Specialist Rodolfo Giacoman for a virtual trip to a truck stop to check out what’s on the menu. We’ll also visit virtually a supermarket to select groceries that drivers may take with them on the road. But before we go there, we will review what nutrition and malnutrition look like to inform our choices on the road and when doing the groceries. We will also cover the effects of nutrition on drivers’ metabolism and state of alertness.
