Our class focus will be linking our breath to our movement as well as stretching, twisting and toning.
The first part of class you’ll roll out your mat and place your favorite chair on your mat. Then you’ll come to lay on your back for some restorative poses, hip openers and yes a little abdominal work to help strengthen your core.
Props to assist in our poses can be a blanket rolled that will be used while sitting in your chair as well as at the end of class while lying on your backs in a supported fish pose, a nice heart opener to end our class. Class with be 45 minutes.
