Please join us Wednesday May 26, 2021 from 5:00-6:30pm for the Manitoba Public Health Association 2021 Annual General Meeting.
We held a short AGM in November 2020 as per our bylaws. We are hosting this Springtime AGM to better align with our fiscal year.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought attention to the importance of public health and the role of protection, prevention and promotion. Many have been working tirelessly during this challenging time - on the frontlines, in partnership with community, and as part of the health system. This year’s MPHA AGM will begin with a moderated panel on the topic of how COVID-19 has impacted communities facing structural oppressions and how practitioners and communities have responded.
Following the panel, we will provide a short update of Board activities and vote-in a new slate of Board Members.
Paid members will have the ability to vote during the AGM. To become a paid member for $40 visit our website. Just copy this link and paste it in your browser: https://manitobapha.ca
When you register, you will receive a link to attend our virtual meeting.
Special thanks to the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba for their technical expertise and support.
