Julie Stokes, CPA, CEO of Flame Consulting, LLC, CFO of Stokes and Associates. Inc., and the founder of Elevate Louisiana. Our panelists will be Libbie Sonnier, Executive Director of Louisiana Policy Institute for Childres, Ava Deloie Cates, Secretary of Louisiana Workforce Commission, and Missy Sparks, VP of Talent Management at Ochsner Health System.
