Dominik holds a Diploma Degree in Chemical Engineering from Technical University of Dresden, Germany. He joined 3M Technical Ceramics in 2017 in a R&D function for New Product Development and shifted to Application Engineering in 2021. Since then he has strongly focused on filled polymers in Thermal Management Applications for Boron Nitride Cooling Filler. Within this product portfolio he serves global customers in various industries such as automotive, electronics and telecommunications.

Samuel Joly owns a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from National engineering School of Tarbes, France, with a strong background in technical ceramics applications for diverse industries. Samuel joined 3M Kempten Technical Ceramics, Germany in 2007 as a Product Engineer working on projects dealing with ceramic applications mainly for automotive. Since 2019, Samuel is a global application engineer where he takes care of the 3M Boron Nitride Cooling Fillers (BNCF) where he manages strategic projects and help customers to find tailored solutions.
