Shoulder injuries and pain are common in all age groups. From sedentary desk workers and students to athletes, it is one of the most common musculoskeletal problems that causes an individual to seek medical treatment or to see a physiotherapist.
During the workshop, Melissa will discuss the anatomy of the shoulder, reasons we can develop shoulder pain, and common conditions of the shoulder. She will spend time talking about ways you can manage and prevent shoulder problems with physiotherapy, acupuncture, and exercise programming.
