Kriyas, Pranayama, Full Primary + Half Intermediate

Class will begin with Kriyas and Pranayama at 6:45am, followed promptly at 7:05am with full Primary and Intermediate up to Bharadvajasana. Primary series practitioners, or even half- or less, are welcome to join up until the place where they are practicing, and then stop and do closing.
