LIZ JOHN reading with Sarah Stamps, Alessandra Leone and Steve Katon
Liz John is a playwright based near Birmingham.  She writes for BBC Radio 4, The Archers, and she has also written extensively for BBC TV Doctors. Liz’s recent BOLDtext work at The Rep includes Paying the Price, The Offer, Maslow – the Upgrade, and Escape. Her previous work includes Papering Over (Pentabus national tour),  Second-hand Dreams at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, and Whorestown at the Hexagon. Liz will be reading from, and discussing, her work, and will be happy to answer questions (including from writers!) in the Q&A at the end of the session.

Support will come from BA students Sarah Stamps and Alessandra Leone, and MA Creative Writing student Steve Katon. The event is chaired by Anthony Cropper, Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing at NTU, who is a playwright and novelist.
