Prior to CM&F Group, he consulted CMS on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. His Undergraduate Degree is from the University of Notre Dame, he garnered his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, and completed his Master's of Law from Loyola University of Chicago’s Healthcare Law Program.
