Patients as Partners in Maternity Care: Baltimore Mothers Share Their Birth Experiences

MDMOM is proud to host Baltimore Healthy Start and The Preeclampsia Foundation for a discussion of early findings from the “Patients as Partners” project, a part of the Baltimore Healthy Start Safer Childbirth Cities Initiative, funded by Merck for Mothers. Teneele Bailey and Rebecca Britt will share perspectives from mothers who gave birth at Baltimore City hospitals in the past two years. Findings highlight what mothers valued about the care they received, as well as opportunities for future quality improvement.
