The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has scheduled six telephonic public input hearings to gather information from ratepayers regarding the proposed water rate increase, wastewater conveyance rate decrease, and new stormwater fee request filed by PWSA.
The PUC is the state agency that is investigating the proposed rate changes and will make the final determination as to what change, if any, is just and reasonable.
The public input hearings will be held telephonically at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June, 28, 2021, Tuesday, June 29, 2021 and Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
To testify at a hearing, you must either:
• Contact the Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) at 1-800-684-6560 no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day prior to the hearing you wish to attend, or
• Complete the registration form below before 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the hearing you wish to attend.
