Food for the Brain; Putting in to Action the Nutrition Practices for Optimal Health
Now that attendees have a firm grip on nutrition in relation to overall health and mental wellbeing from the first two webinars, this presentation aims to help attendees put this knowledge into practice. Attendees will go away with some key knowledge about changing behaviour around food choices, how to encourage better eating habits and how to increase awareness amongst end users and staff.
There will be example studies from current accredited universities and wider organisations, who have made some significant changes in their menu offerings after undergoing training with Food for the Brain.
