Jan Chamness, the Director of the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s Division of Women’s Health, will describe the purpose and process of Kentucky’s public health transformation efforts. And health coalition leaders, Jessica Browning of Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital and Kaitlyn Krolikowski of Purchase District Health Department, will share their experiences partnering with community organizations for Community Health Needs Assessments, mobilization, and engagement for improving health in their communities.
