She is responsible for helping customers see their security installations as an investment rather than an expense and empowering them to leverage their security systems to other areas of their businesses. Nada is passionate about technology and solving problems and has used that energy to drive several disruptive new product strategies to market throughout her career. In addition to holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, she has over 15 years of experience in the Security and Military Industries, occupying several roles related to engineering, product management, and business development. Paul Laughton (Director Physical Security Systems & Technologies @CIBC) As the Director, Physical Security Systems and Technologies, Paul is a lead contributor to CIBC’s enterprise physical security strategy and manages the design, installation, deployment and maintenance of CIBC’s physical security systems. Paul is a professional engineer and holds a number of industry credentials including: ASIS’ (PSP) Physical Security Professional & (CPP) Certified Protection Professional, BICSI’s Certified Electronic Safety and Security Designer (ESS) and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), ISC2’s Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds a masters degree.
