Maintaining mental health as we emerge from lockdown
Melburnians have spent over 256 days in cumulative lockdown, with the pandemic hitting artists and arts workers especially hard across the nation. There’s clearly been a toll on our mental health over the past 18 months – so how can we better care for ourselves and our colleagues in the coming months, especially given the anxieties of reopening?

Our guest this month is psychologist, performing artist and broadcaster Greta Bradman, who’ll be in conversation with ArtsHub’s Richard Watts on Wednesday 3 November from 1.30pm – 2.15pm.

Greta Bradman is a registered psychologist, consultant, investor, researcher/writer, broadcaster/speaker, and performing artist (MBA (Melbourne Business School), MPsych(clin), MAPS, PsychHons(1A, dux), ANAM Fellowship, BMus). She consults on organisational culture, mental health and wellbeing strategy, implementation, and evaluation, especially in tech and performing arts industries.
