Art Kilmer joined P.F.Chang’s in 2000 as a Market Partner for Texas and Louisiana. He opened 25 new P.F. Chang’s across Texas and the Midwest and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2007. Thereafter, he was named Chief Operating Officer in 2017. Art is currently COO for P.F. Chang’s and resides in Scottsdale, AZ. He is married to his wife, Patricia, and has two sons Grant and Mitchell.
Robert Hensmann

Robert Hensmann is an owner/partner and CEO of Wings Etc., Inc., franchisor of 76 Wings Etc. Grill & Pub locations in 11 states, and the Operating Partner for WEOC, Inc., which operates 20 Wings Etc. locations. Rob’s 30-year industry experience includes store management at Rax Roast Beef Restaurants, regional multi-store management with Denny’s, regional multi-store management with RTM, Inc., and multiunit ownership of Quizno’s locations in Indiana. In early 2020, Rob and other partners purchased a North Redington Beach, FL full-service restaurant, The Conch Republic Grill, for which Rob acts as Managing Partner. The operation of multiple restaurants and the acquisition of a large Florida-based restaurant just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic continue to challenge daily operations due to emergent labor and supply chain crises. Rob’s current roles in these entities includes specific research and decision-making regarding data acquisition/management systems and partnerships.
