In order improve communication and hear from our community, meetings will be held remotely using Zoom. Public comment will be taken during the meeting at the indicated portion of the agenda, but advance signup is required. After completing the signup form, you will receive a link by email to log onto and/or call into Zoom. If are calling into the meeting, please provide your phone number to be recognized during the meeting.
Once connected to the meeting you will be auto-muted but will be able to view and hear the meeting. At the start of the public comment period, the Chair will call speakers by name to speak and you will be unmuted. You will have two minutes to speak.
Community Members may address the Committee regarding items on the Agenda.
