Air Institutes is excited to present this introduction to mental fitness and resilience to Theatre Nova Scotia on May 10th!
A Foundation of Resilience 4-session series will also be offered May 17, 31, and June 14, 28 6:30-8PM. The two programs operate independently of each other, so you are welcome to join either or both. Registration for that series can be found here:
