With Love: How One Teen Started a Nonprofit to Help Older Adults

Hear from Jacob Cramer about his nonprofit Love For Our Elders, inspired by his grandpa, which fights loneliness with love in senior communities. Since 2013, they've served more than 250,000 seniors through a letter-writing campaign, sharing seniors' stories, and in-person volunteering.

Jacob Cramer is the founder and executive director of Love For Our Elders. He is a 2022 graduate of Yale University and a current Fulbright scholar in Madrid, Spain.
