The next NOA webinar will take place on 15 September at 1pm. In this session we take a look at how the recovery of elective orthopaedic surgery is progressing in Scotland. We are also joined by orthopaedic patient, Val Harvey who’s shared her journey throughout the pandemic and joins us for an update.
• Paul Jenkins, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Scottish Committee for Orthopaedic and Trauma (SCOT) – Paul will look at how COVID-19 has impacted orthopaedic services in Scotland, and the programme of remobilisation, redesign and recovery.
• Val Harvey, Orthopaedic patient - Val will be sharing her experience of waiting for knee and hip surgery
