With the remote work changes that have come about as a result of COVID and a reduction in face to face customer contact, it seems like the right time to put our attention on the things we can do to maintain a positive Mindset.
The purpose of this initiative is to maintain a healthy mindset in order to support, encourage and appreciate one another (and our customers) during these challenging times.
During this webinar, you will:
- Identify something you appreciate about someone at work and communicate that to them verbally or in writing via text or email DAILY.
- Double down by appreciating the people outside of your work environment (friends, neighbors, family members) and express that DAILY as well.
- For the Trifecta, Identify something you can appreciate about a challenging situation/circumstance that is uncomfortable or not going the way you’d like it to go.
