There has been much discussion of late about the return to normal, and we need to question this assumption as that prior normality may well have made us vulnerable to the challenges of working in the current Covid-19 environment. In essence, we need to think of our organisations as functioning within a series of transitional environments that create challenges for the design parameters of our processes and practices. This webinar examines the challenges facing organisations as they move from their designed-for state, to a new emergent state. In some cases, this can arise from external shock events (such as Covid-19), whereas in other settings it is a slow process.
