This year has been and is extraordinary on many levels for most people globally. While it is obviously disruptive to our lives in many ways, I feel this is an opportunity to rethink the way we live on this planet. As we enter Spring, it coincides with the theme of rebirth. I would like to invite you to a meditative practice to declutter and spring clean our mental and emotional bodies. I hope this will bring us a sense of renewal, allowing us to recalibrate and realign with the influx of new energies around us.
