This is the third webinar is our series for 2022 and we are delighted to have Markku as our guest speaker.
This is an exciting time for the UK Deaf community as The BSL Act passes into law with Royal Assent.
Earlier this year we spoke with Rebecca Mansell CEO of the British Deaf Association and how this work is going to progress and what it means for the UK.
In September we spoke with Jenny Lay-Flurrie, Chief Accessibility Officer from Microsoft who gave us all advice and tips on how to make sure that leaders support their teams and how to get their causes heard by the right people and making mainstream organisations and corporations accessible.

Craig Crowley, CEO of Action Deafness will interviewing Markku to find out about his early years and his development as a leader and then we are going to find out about the actions and role played by Markku as a Deaf leader at international level - working with the United Nations, Human Rights and Sign Language.
