Join curator Hannah Klemm for a conversation with Israeli-born, New York-based artist Dana Levy. Levy is the recipient of the 2019–2020 Henry L. and Natalie E. Freund Fellowship, which includes a residency at the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis and a Currents exhibition at the Saint Louis Art Museum. Her Currents 119 exhibition explores how humans interact with historic architecture and highlights disparities between what we expect of architecture and urban planning and the real, nuanced histories of the built environment. The exhibition is sponsored in part by the Henry L. and Natalie E. Freund Endowment Fund.
This virtual program will take place via Zoom and will include opportunities for participants to ask questions with the Q&A feature. Attendees’ mics and cameras will not be activated.
A closed-captioned recording of the program will become available on the Museum’s YouTube channel in the weeks following.
