The Joshua Tree Retreat Center will host a talk with Tanesha Atwell, MScN, a Nutritionist and Exercise Specialist whose research and work are focused on environmental sustainability, therapeutic behavioral transformation, as well as alternative and wholistic health services.
Tanesha will provide insight on the intersection between the mind, body, and spirit, in relation to the benefits of gardening and harvesting. She will also share specific examples of the link between cultivation and the ever-changing climate in the Morongo Basin and beyond.
