Janice Fritsch
Executive Director @Kenneth King Foundation
Today, our Foundation is led by Janice Fritsch, who has been with the Foundation since 2002. Currently, she is responsible for implementing the Foundation’s grantmaking strategy, daily operations and is a member of the Foundation’s investment committee. She serves on the board of the Colorado Nonprofit Loan Fund and participated in the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Leadership Denver 2020 class. Janice has served as a board member for the Denver Lions Club and Lions Foundation, and as president of the Denver Lions Foundation in 2009-2010. She chaired Philanthropy Colorado’s program committee from 2004 – 2006 and served as an advisory board member for the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute. Janice earned her B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and her M.B.A. from the University of Denver’s Daniels School of Business.
Cindy Willard
Director, Integrated Capital @Kenneth King Foundation
Working as Director, Integrated Capital, Cindy is a Colorado thought leader in philanthropic strategy, grant making, and program development. She serves as an advisor and strategist for foundations and individuals. Cindy was Vice President of Community Initiatives and Investments at The Women’s Foundation of Colorado, served as a Senior Program Officer for the Johnson Foundation and was Community Relations Manager at The Denver Post. In her work, Cindy draws from her own community involvement having served on numerous boards and advisory councils including as a Senior Advisor for the Impact Finance Center, Vice Chair of the Board for WorkLife Partnership, a social enterprise that supports workforce development, and Board member for the Colorado Nonprofit Loan Fund.
