Come and join me for this virtual group as we explore the concept of happiness including its key ingredients.
We’ll take a look at achieving genuine happiness especially when confronted by life’s challenges like stress, anxiety, low mood, frustration, isolation and loneliness.
You’ll be able to implement what you learn immediately and develop a personal plan for increasing joy and satisfaction in your daily living.
