Career Guidance for Adults: Findings from a new OECD survey
The webinar will present findings from a new OECD online survey of adults’ experiences with career services.

The online survey was conducted in six OECD countries (New Zealand, the United States, Chile, Italy, France and Germany) and provides insights into the share of adults using careers services and what barriers they face in using these services more.

Discover who the main providers are, and how services are evaluated in terms of satisfaction and outcomes.

The webinar will also present evidence on how use of career guidance has changed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how countries have adapted their services to respond to both increased demand and restrictions on face-to-face service.
