Dipal is the Founder and President of D&D Inclusion Consulting. She founded the firm based on her own experiences with discrimination, bias, and microaggression. After suffering in silence for years, she reached out to her some of her peers and realized she was not alone. Dipal has extensive knowledge and experience in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), having delivered results in this area for the past 15 years. Prior to founding the company, Dipal worked with provincial and regional governments to implement inclusion policies, conduct EDI organizational audits and launch multi-stakeholder initiatives. In 2015, she founded D&D Inclusion Consulting to leverage her experience, knowledge, and expertise to work directly with organizations in creating more inclusive workplaces and communities. Dipal holds a Masters in Public Policy and Governance with a Certificate in Ethnic, Immigration, and Pluralism Studies from the University of Toronto.
Tanya Rumble

Tanya Rumble, CFRE, MFA-P™ is a fundraising leader who has raised millions for some of Canada's largest charities including Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society and now McMaster University. She graduated with an H.B.A., Political Science from McMaster University, earned a Masters Certificate at NYU in Marketing Communications. She is an active leadership volunteer in the philanthropy and non-profit sector including roles with the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, FindHelp Information Services - operators of 211 Toronto, AFP Toronto Chapter and the AFP Canada Foundation. As a racialized philanthropy professional Tanya is honoured to share her influence and insights with students, emerging professionals and peers in the sector - she regularly authors articles on the topic of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access and philanthropy, as well as other topics in industry publications and speaks to professional audiences at learning events like AFP Congress etc.
