The Role of the Economy and Financial System in Climate Change and Other Social and Environmental Challenges.

In the sixth and final installment of the Boulder Forum, Robinson will discuss themes from his most recent book, “Ministry for the Future.” In this epic exploration of potential future human responses to climate change, Robinson envisions how the economy could be redirected to enable a de-escalation of climate change.

Following his talk, Robinson will be joined by three dynamic leaders working on critical areas necessary for a better future.
Speakers include:

Lil Milagro Henriquez is the director of the Mycelium Youth Network, a youth centered climate change and resilience focused organization pioneering new approaches to youth-led community climate change resilience planning and action.

Susie Strife, Boulder County’s Director of the Office of Climate, Sustainability and Resilience will talk about a brand new initiative to organize local governments to begin investing directly in carbon drawdown projects and technologies.

Gregory Landau, CEO of Regen Network, one of the first blockchain-based carbon drawdown project initiatives will describe the emerging marketplace for car
