He is co-director of the Danish Headache Centre. Dr. Bendtsen is involved in the clinical management of migraine, other headaches & facial pain. Dr. Bendtsen has authored more than 140 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. His main research interests are clinical aspects and treatment of migraine and headache in general and more specifically the pathophysiology and management of TN and MOH. He has been chairman on several international guidelines including the EAN guideline on TN, the EHF guideline on the use of onabotulinumtoxinA in chronic migraine, the EFNS guideline for treatment of TTH, the Danish National guidelines concerning treatment of headache and facial pain as well as co-author on the EHF guideline on the use of CGRP antibodies for the prevention of migraine. Finally, Dr. Bendtsen has been actively involved in the development of the ICHD-3. Giorgio Lambru (MD, PhD Consultant Neurologist @Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital) Dr Giorgio Lambru is a Consultant Neurologist and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK. He runs a large complex headache and facial pain service in the UK. Dr Lambru gained his degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan in 2004. He then trained in Neurology at the University-Hospital of Parma. In 2010 he undertook a-one year clinical fellowship within the Headache group at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and subsequently completed his PhD at the Institute of Neurology UCL, London. Dr Lambru is involved in clinical and preclinical headache research in collaboration with the Neuromodulation Centre at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and the Headache laboratory within the Wolfson CARD-King’s College London. He has authored a number of scientific publications and presented at national and international neurology conferences.
