• Differences between current VAT regime and incoming VAT regime

• Geographical considerations:
o UK
o Northern Ireland
o European Union

• Extended configuration:
o Warehouses/new locations in Northern Ireland
o Specific requirements outside of core solution

• Responsibilities
o Innovate Tax
o Client obligations

• Timelines and processes for actions required
o Granting access to non-production environment
o Appointing liaisons, i.e. the person(s) within your business that will advise us which Indirect Tax scenarios (AP and AR transactions) will be impacted by Brexit (for your business) and who will test the changes made by Innovate Tax and approve cutover to Production
o Designing and making the changes to meet your company’s needs
o Production cutover
o ‘Go live’
