Tibetan Sound Healing with Chongtul Rinpoche

Sound healing is widely practiced in temples throughout Tibet. Since ancient times, masters have primarily meditated in their own small rooms or in the main temple. Tibetan monks have traditionally used ritual musical instruments in their practice, and among the most popular are the drum, singing bowl, gong, and Bon bell.

Through the daily meditation practice and invocations, these ritual instruments became strong healing tools used for serving others. They are a source of connecting with dynamic healing energy, and Rinpoche wishes to share the way these powerful Sound Healing techniques and mantras have been used in monastery meditation practice since ancient times.
