Admissibility and Use of Digital Evidence at Trial CLE Webinar for Philippine American Bar Association

Description

This CLE explores the Federal Rules of Evidence applicable to digital evidence. Attendees will learn about relevant case law and how to authenticate or challenge the admission of digital evidence at trial. We will explain how to use digital evidence effectively at trial and how to incorporate it into an overarching story or theory of a case. This activity is approved by the State Bar for 1 hour of credit towards the Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements.

Before joining ArcherHall, he was a practicing attorney and owner of Chase Technology Consulting. He is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona and New York. Brian spent years working as a network administrator for the University of Arizona. He has a Management and Information Systems degree from the University of Arizona. He went on to earn a law degree, also from U of AZ. Brian has consulted small and large law firms on their use of technology within the office and has provided expert testimony in criminal and civil matters ranging from misdemeanors to murder to medical malpractice. He has published and spoken on various technology-related issues impacting law firms as well as parties in the civil and criminal justice system. Brian teaches on various topics regarding law and technology, and digital forensics and evidence, at legal and technical conferences.
