Since March 2020, our lives and the lives of almost every human being on earth have been in turmoil. Over 18 million people have fallen ill or died from the pandemic, millions have lost jobs and income, and many types of regular human interaction have been changed, limited or curtailed.
How can we as Jews use the accumulated wisdom of our 4,000-year-old tradition to cope with these times of stress and change?
In this lecture, we will study some texts which teach us essential values of Torah which can help us cope. We will study values such as: faith, community, mutual responsibility, unity, optimism and gratitude.
